Return Policy
We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your skincare products must be unopened and sealed in their original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at team@antiwrinkleskincare.co.uk. Our returns address is: Anti Wrinkle Skincare, Apartment 13, Rosler Building, 85 Ewer Street, London, SE1 0FT. If we have dispatched the incorrect product we will cover the cost of return shipping. In cases where you have ordered the incorrect product or wish to exchange a product you will be expected to return the item to us in appropriate packaging to avoid damage at your own cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the circumstances and rectify.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to arrange a return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
